For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Face coverings are strongly recommended for fans who are not fully vaccinated, unless actively eating or drinking, per CDC guidelines.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")
Where do I buy tickets?

You may purchase tickets online at at LouisvillePalace.com, LiveNation.com, or Ticketmaster.com.

The box office is open Mondays & Tuesdays from 12pm – 5pm and Fridays from 12pm – 5:30pm. 

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

How do I purchase Premium Seats?

Premium seats, Exclusive Lounge Upgrades, and exclusive amenities are available for most shows. Season Tickets and multiple show packages are also available. Email PalacePremiumSeating@LiveNation.com for more information or to puchase. 

Marquee Lounge Information
+

The Marquee Lounge is an intimate and exclusive Lounge that features a private entrance, private bar, and private restrooms to premium seating ticket holders. Guests may enjoy small appetizers prior to the show. The Marquee Lounge has mulitple TVs, lounge furntire, and an outdoor balcony seating area.

What time does the box office open?

Mondays & Tuesdays from 12pm – 5pm and Fridays from 12pm – 5:30pm. 

When do the doors open for a concert or show?
+

Main doors open one hour before every show unless stated otherwise in the event information. The Louisville Palace exclusive Grand Bar opens 2 hours prior to the show. Come down early and have a beverage or light snacks in this eloquent and intimate space! 

What types of payments do you accept?
+

American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and cash (no checks).

Where do I park?
+

Meter parking is available on all streets surrounding the venue and is free after 6pm Monday-Saturday  and all day Sunday.

 There are three main parking garages surrounding the venue. Event Rate $10 / Daily Rate $18*

  • Chestnut Centre Garage (420 W. Chestnut St.)
  • Brown Hotel Garage (658 S. Third St.)
  • Fifth Street Garage (630 S. Fourth St.)

There are also parking lots within walking distance of the venue. Daily Rate $3 - $4.50*

  • Moby lot (233 W. Chestnut St.)
  • YWCA lot (601 S. Third St.)
  • Third St Lot (615 S. Third St.)
  • St. Francis lot (659 S. Third St.)

The Louisville Palace does not validate parking for any show or event.

May I bring my children?
+

Children of all ages are welcome (with an admission ticket) at family oriented concerts and performances. Appropriate adult supervision may be required.

Non-family oriented concerts and performances may not be suitable for young children, and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason, including concerns about safety.

For events listed as 18 & older or 21 & older, a valid picture ID with the birthdate of the patron must be presented for entry.  Anyone not of age OR without a valid ID will not be allowed into those shows.

What am I not allowed to bring to the show?

Can I bring my camera?
+

Personal cameras are allowed, but must be able to fit in your pocket. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without prior venue approval. 

Professional Photographers may request Media Credentials by contacting LouisvillePalace.SiteFeedback@LiveNation.com. All Media Requests must provide proof of affiliation with credible news or entertainment outlet that will provide a formal review of the show in order to be considered. 

Are food and beverages available for purchase during a show?

The Louisville Palace offers the sale of soft drinks, snacks, and alcoholic beverages (must be 21 to purchase alcohol) during the show and one hour prior to show start. 

Can I rent the Louisville Palace for a private event?

Yes, the Louisville Palace is available for corporate and social events as well as wedding ceremonies and receptions. Please contact Sydney O'Bryan at 502.883.5772 or SydneyAnthony@LiveNation.com for date availability and pricing. Click on PRIVATE EVENTS above for more information.



What is your accessibility for special needs?

The Louisville Palace Theatre is a historic property and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Every effort has been made to accommodate patrons with disabilities while preserving the unique character of the building. Please contact our box office at 502-883-5782 or LouisvillePalace.SiteFeedback@LiveNation.com.

Assisted Listening Devices are available at no charge. Please check with the Guest Services Desk in the lobby on the night of show to check out a device.

Accessible locations for patrons with wheelchairs or mobility impairment are available on the orchestra level. Any seating in the loge or balcony sections will require taking stairs.  Along with advance notice, we recommend that patrons using wheelchairs be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for an accompanying patron is available next to a wheelchair space. Additional guests in your party will be seated as near as possible.
